Accessing Your Tickets!
We’ve made some exciting changes to streamline the registration process for this year’s Children’s Christmas Party, ensuring a smoother and more enjoyable experience for everyone!
Here’s What’s New:
Tickets Will Be Sent Via Email
- How It Works: Each child registered will receive a unique QR code in a separate email.
- If you registered 1 child, you will receive 1 email.
- If you registered 4 children, you will receive 4 separate emails, and so on.
- Members should download or screenshot the code to their mobile device or print it before the event and bring it with you on the day.
Skip the Long Lines
- Having your QR code ready in advance allows you to bypass the long line and jump straight into the fun!
QR Code Activities
- Activities/items requiring the QR code:
- Toys
- Snack bags, drinks, hot dogs, popcorn, snow cones
- Gone Fishing game
No QR Code Needed
- Activities not requiring a QR code:
- Carnival games
- Bouncy castles
- Face painting
- Go-carts
- Toddler corner
Important Instructions
- Check the email address used during registration to locate your codes.
- If you are unable to attend the event and another
- If you don’t see the email in your inbox, check your junk/spam folder or the Promotions tab for Gmail users.
- If you haven’t received the email or need to update the email address on file, please contact Marketing at christmasparty@rhand.org.tt.
If Someone Else Is Attending on Your Behalf
- The attending person must present:
- An authorisation letter from the registered member.
- A copy of the registered member’s valid ID.
