Dividend Payout – 77th AGM

Notice is given that a dividend of 3.35% for the year ended December 31, 2024, has been credited to your account.

As stipulated at the recently concluded 77th Annual General Meeting, the proceeds of this dividend distribution has been credited 25% to Share Savings Account and 75% to Deposit Savings Account of each member.

Dividends are computed on the basis of the average value of shares held throughout the year, the average being determined on the basis of the value of shares held at the end of each month.

Patronage Fund

A Patronage Refund of 2.25% on the interest paid on the loans of members in 2024, where the loans are less than 90 days past due, for the year ended December 31, 2024 has been credited your account.

Where the loans are 20 days or less past due, the proceeds of this refund has been credited to 25% to Share Savings Account and 75% to Deposit Savings Account of each member.

Where the loans are more than 20 days but less than 90 days past due, the proceeds of this refund has been credited to the loan of each qualified member.
