You’ll gain practical insights into career planning, employer expectations, résumé writing, LinkedIn profiles, interview preparation, workplace etiquette, networking, and strategies for building a successful career.
Will I have the opportunity to meet employers?
Yes. During the Interactive Career Zone, you’ll have the chance to meet recruiters, education providers, career professionals, and employers, ask questions, receive feedback, and make valuable connections.
Do I need to bring a résumé?
It’s encouraged but not required. If you already have one, bring either a printed or digital copy for feedback during the résumé review sessions. If you don’t, you’ll still receive practical guidance on creating one.
What should I bring?
Bring a fully charged mobile device, a notebook if you prefer taking notes by hand, copies of your résumé (if available), and a willingness to ask questions, network, and participate.
Is there a cost to attend?
No. The event is free to all wishing to attend.
