The Special General Meeting of RHAND Credit Union Co-operative Society Limited will be held on Thursday 14th September, 2023 at 5p.m.

All members are eligible to attend the Special General Meeting (SGM).

The SGM takes on a hybrid format, offering both virtually and in-person attendance. Members wishing to participate must register to attend no later than Friday 8th September, 2023 by 4 p.m.

• Virtually: Secure Zoom Meeting link platform.
• Trinidad:4th Floor, RHAND Head Office, Abercromby Street.
• Tobago: Ground Floor, West Meeting Room, Shaw Park Cultural Complex, Scarborough.

To successfully attend the SGM, members will need the following:

Virtual:

• stable access to the internet
• an internet enabled device (smartphone, tablet, desktop, or laptop) with working speakers and a microphone (camera optional)
• an active email address
• a quiet place from which to log in

In-person:

• 1 valid form of Identification (DP, ID, PP)

The SGM is scheduled to run for no more than 1 hour.

   1. Visiting https://rhand.org.tt/special-general-meeting-2023/
   2. Calling 62-RHAND (627-4263) ext. 1271 -3 during regular business hours, where you will need to provide responses to the personal information questions asked by the RHAND team member.
   3. Emailing sgm@rhand.org.tt your account number, full name, cell contact, date of birth and ID number (passport, driver’s permit, or national ID)
   4. In-person at any of our RHAND offices.

Every member who wishes to attend the Special General Meeting.

Once the information provided is verified, you will be preregistered for the meeting. On the week of the meeting, all preregistered members will receive an email containing a Unique Meeting ID needed to participate in the meeting and instruction on how to attend. Please note that your Unique Meeting ID should be kept confidential and must not be shared.

Once you complete the online form and click the ‘register’ button at the bottom of the form, you should receive an email at the address provided on the preregistration form. (You may have to check your ‘Junk’ or ‘Spam’ folders or Promotions Tab for Gmail users.)

You must have access to a stable WIFI (or wired internet) connection to connect to the meeting. If you are having technical challenges, RHAND will have a help desk set up on the day of the meeting. This assistance can be accessed via phone numbers that will be provided or via that chat feature on our website.
