Office Closure – Port of Spain Branch ONLY

3rd May, 2021.

Dear Members, 

We have been advised that ONE more of our team members at Head Office has tested positive for COVID-19. Though the results of contact tracing have revealed that this case is not linked to last week’s, out of an abundance of caution we have taken the decision to keep the Head Office building closed  today, Monday 3rd May, 2021, to facilitate another thorough sanitization exercise. 

We continue to maintain contact with the Ministry of Health to ensure that all protocols are strictly adhered to. 

We apologize for any inconvenience caused but trust that you understand that the safety of our RHAND Community and the Nation is our foremost consideration. 

We will reopen the Branch at 8 a.m. tomorrow, Tuesday 4th May, 2021.

During this time we encourage you to sign up for and utilize our Convenient Services:

Internet, Telephone Banking, ACH, SurePay and LinCU (Active Card) are excellent alternatives to face to face transactions. Additionally, Loan forms and Membership forms are available on our website and can be submitted (with the necessary supports) digitally.
