Member Access (Update: May 2021)
As we continue to monitor and respond to the situation caused by COVID-19, we have implemented some additional measures to further safeguard member and staff safety while conducting business. These measures will take effect during the period May 5, 2021 and will continue to at least May 21, 2021.
Banking Days and Hours
Monday – Friday
Hours – 8 am – 1 pm
Physical Access
We are continuing to regulate the foot traffic and social distancing practices at all our locations –
Head Office
Banking Floor - No more than 5 visitors at a time
Loans Department - No more than 5 visitors at a time
Branches - No more than 5 visitors in the branch at a time
We have made adjustments to the seating and queuing accommodations to reflect these changes. Additionally, children will not be allowed to accompany members into the offices unless they are required to provide physical assistance.
Loans
All loan proceeds will be distributed via Automated Clearing House (ACH) or LinCU only. (Third-party payments will be the only exception to this.)
Additional Ways to Bank with Us
During this time we encourage you to sign up for and utilize our Convenient Services
Internet, Telephone Banking, ACH and LinCU (Active Card) are excellent alternatives to face to face transactions. Additionally, Loan Forms and Membership forms are available on our website and can be submitted (with the necessary supports) digitally.
