Office Closure – Tobago Branch ONLY

Dear Tobago Members, 

While we know how important it is for you to be able to conduct your in-branch business at this time of year, we have to prioritize the health and safety of our members, staff and the entire RHAND community.

We have therefore taken the difficult decision to keep the Sangster’s Hill Branch Office closed to the public until further notice.

This pandemic has taken such a toll on us individually and as a community. The most important gift at this time of year is an increased chance at health and safety for all, by reducing the risk of contact.

Your Urgent Business

In addition to the Convenient Services we have set up for members – SurePay and ACH for getting money into and out of RHAND respectively. We have also set up a hotline for Tobago members to get information on the status of their loan applications and other business already being processed. Please call367-3476 weekdays between 8 am and 4 pm for further updates. Click here for Holiday Hours. In addition, we will be reaching out to members individually, to advise them of their loan status and next steps.

Please continue also to utilize our social media, google and website messaging services for additional information and updates.
