RHAND is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of fourteen members that are nominated at the Annual General Meeting. Twelve officers are elected to office for three years and two alternates serve for one year. At least four members of the Board are outgoing and eligible for re-election each year.

The Board of Directors is responsible for the management of the affairs of the Credit Union and is assisted by three Statutory Committees as stipulated by the Credit Union’s bye-laws:

• The Credit Committee
• The Supervisory Committee
• The Education Committee
