Continuing to Manage the Impact of COVID-19
As we at RHAND continue to monitor and respond to the situation caused by COVID-19, we have made the following decisions to safeguard member and staff safety while conducting business with us –
Banking Hours
We will be reducing banking hours –
New Hours – 8 am – 2 pm.
Physical Access
We are regulating the foot traffic at all our locations –
Head Office
Banking Floor - No more than 10 members at a time
Loans Department - No more than 5 visitors at a time
Branches - No more than 5 visitors in the branch at a time
We have made adjustments to the seating and queuing accommodations to reflect these changes. Additionally, children will not be allowed to accompany members into the offices unless they are required to provide physical assistance.
Loans
All loan proceeds will be distributed via Automated Clearing House (ACH) or LinCU only. (Third-party payments will be the only exception to this.)
A deferral of loan payments for up to 3 months will be available for those whose income has been affected by this Coronavirus Pandemic. (This will be determined on a case by case basis and will require verification of loss of income.)
Additional Ways to Bank with Us
During this time we encourage you to sign up for and utilize our Convenient Services
Internet, Telephone Banking, ACH and LinCU (Active Card) are excellent alternatives to face to face transactions. Additionally, Loan forms and membership forms are available on our website and can be submitted (with the necessary supports) digitally.
