Children’s Christmas Party 2026 – A Simpler Way to Register
We’re making a few changes behind the scenes to help you get ready for the Children’s Christmas Party fun.
For 2026, we have introduced an updated online registration form for our Children’s Christmas Party. This is part of our continued work to digitise and streamline member services, making the process easier to follow and helping us manage your registration more efficiently.
The updated process brings your registration details, payment updates and change requests together, with email notifications to keep you informed along the way.
What does this mean for you?
- A simplified registration process. When registering, simply select your venue, enter your member and children’s details, and choose your preferred payment method.
- One registration to work from. If you need to make changes, click on the Manage/Update My Registration button in your registration email and you’ll be redirected to your existing registration rather than submitting another form.
- A reference for payments and changes. Your CCP Payment Reference, found in your email, must be provided when making a payment
Remember
The registration fee remains $150 per child, with a maximum of four children per member, per venue. Spaces are limited to 1,700 children in Trinidad and 800 in Tobago.
Submitting your form is the first step. Your registration is confirmed only after full payment has been received and recorded.
