Member Access (Update 2: May 2021)
As we continue to monitor and respond to the situation caused by COVID-19, we have implemented some additional measures to further safeguard member(s) and staff safety while conducting business. These measures will continue for the immediate future and we will provide regular updates as we continue to monitor the local situation.
Banking Days and Hours
Monday – Friday
Head Office and Tobago Hours – 8 am – 1 pm
Arima Hours – 8 am – 12 noon
We are continuing to regulate the foot traffic and social distancing practices at all our locations –
Head Office Banking Floor - No more than 5 visitors at a time Loans Department - No more than 5 visitors at a time All non-cash counter service has been temporarily suspended** Branches - No more than 5 visitors in the branch at a time
**Request/Queries are being accepted via 62RHAND or through the following –
- Account/Membership Query: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Loan/Loan Application Query: email@example.com
- Online Banking Query: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Drop box will be made available for all document submission.
Children will not be allowed to accompany members into the offices unless they are required to provide physical assistance.
All loan proceeds will be distributed via Automated Clearing House (ACH) or LinCU only. (Third-party payments will be the only exception to this.)
Additional Ways to Bank with Us
During this time we encourage you to sign up for and utilize our Convenient Services –
Internet, Telephone Banking, ACH, Surepay and LinCU (Active Card) are excellent alternatives to face to face transactions. Additionally, Loan Forms and Membership forms are available on our website and can be submitted (with the necessary supports) digitally.
