Member Access (Update: July 2022)

Dear Members,

RHAND remains committed to the safety and well-being of both members and staff members, and while the wearing of masks is no longer mandatory, visitors, especially those in contact with or classified as high risk for Covid-19, are encouraged to continue wearing masks while on our premises.

While mask-wearing is now optional, please be reminded of the following protocols which remain in effect while visiting our branches.

Use hand sanitizer upon entry
Temperature checks are required
Always maintain a social distance of three (3) feet

Our Security Team still assist in regulating the number of people in member spaces for everyone’s safety. We will continue to use our sanitisation protocols for all public spaces.

We encourage you to sign up for and utilize our Convenient Services –

Internet, Telephone Banking, ACH, Surepay and LinCU (Active Card) are excellent alternatives to face to face transactions. Additionally, Loan Forms and Membership forms are available on our website and can be submitted (with the necessary supports) digitally.
