Now you can make payments to your account at any SurePay location across T&T! Stay close to home and make your transactions. Just visit any SurePay location and give the attendant your member number and the suffix of the account to which payment will be made, and proceed with your transaction.

SUREPAY FAQs

Automated Clearing House (ACH)

A secure service that allows you to transfer available funds from your RHAND account to any local banking institution (FCB, Republic, RBC, or Scotiabank). This service is free to use and starts a minimum of $1,000. To access this service please provide:

  • Completed ACH Form. 1 form of valid Identification.
  • A selfie holding the Identification used (for emailed submissions).
  • The photo should clearly show your face and the Identification being submitted.

Completed documents can be submitted (with necessary supports) to: memberrelations@rhand.org.tt

Please Note: Transfer time may vary (8-24 hrs), depending on the institution.

Active Card

The best solutions for you

ACH Direct Deposit

A secure service that allows you to transfer funds from any local banking institution (FCB, Republic, RBC, or Scotiabank) to your RHAND account. This service may incur a fee and/or carry a limit on the amount that can be transferred (please contact your bank for details). To access this service please:
  • Sign-in to your banking institution’s Online Banking.
  • FCB account holders – choose RHAND as a payee and follow the instructions provided by your banker.
  • All other banking institutions – follow the instructions provided by your banker and insert the RHAND Account Details.
  • Notice of successful transfers must be emailed to: directdeposit@rhand.org.tt. The email must include:
    • Member’s name and RHAND account number.
    • Member’s bank Total amount and date of transfer.
    • How the funds should be disbursed (I.e. Shares, FIP, Loan, etc…)

Please Note: Transfer time may vary (approximately 7 working days), depending on the institution.

RHAND Telebanking

A secure automated telephone banking service that enables members to access account balances via the telephone. With a PIN known only to you, gain easy access to your RHAND account information (shares, deposits, loan balances). This facility is available worldwide 24 hours a day.
