Dear Members,

The Board of Directors of RHAND Credit Union joins together in heartfelt appreciation as we bid farewell to our General Manager, Ainsley L. Andrews, whose tenure with us concluded on October 10.

Over the years, he has been more than a leader – he has been a steady hand, a guiding voice, and a true champion of RHAND’s mission and values. His time at the operational helm was marked by an unwavering dedication to our members and staff, a belief in the importance of demonstrating the cooperative principles, and a deep respect for RHAND’s proud legacy.

Together with his team, he helped strengthen the Credit Union’s foundation, advance key initiatives, and inspire a renewed sense of purpose across the organization. His leadership reflected not just vision and skill, but also heart – reminding us that at the core of every number, every policy, and every success story, are the people who make RHAND what it is.

In his own words, our outgoing General Manager shared this message:

“Serving this organization and its membership has been one of the most significant chapters of my professional journey. RHAND’s foundation is solid, its governance is strong, and its future is bright. Guided by our cooperative values, I am certain that RHAND will continue to grow sustainably, serve members with excellence, and remain a beacon of trust and innovation in the credit union movement.”

As we reflect on Ainsley’s contributions, we do so with deep gratitude to both him and to you, the membership. He leaves behind an organization that continues to serve its members with excellence and care. We would be remiss however, if we failed to acknowledge the faith you have collectively demonstrated in allowing us to appoint and guide him along this journey. We have every confidence that his colleagues at management level, and throughout the organisation, will continue the steer RHAND along the strategic trajectory he spent his tenure developing. While we will miss his presence, we celebrate the impact he has made and the legacy he leaves behind.
