YOUR HEALTH PLAN – AMENDED

Dear Members,

Effective October 1 your RHAND group health plan will now include a Medical Provider Network.

What this means for you

You will now be able to have your claims settled on-spot at any of the participating Medical Service Providers. This will reduce the need for you to submit claims and wait for them to be settled. To offer this eagerly anticipated addition to the service, there will be an adjustment to the monthly premium. You can view the adjusted premiums here. These will take effect from October 1, 2022. Please ensure that your automatic deductions are updated to reflect these adjustments.

We are regularly reviewing this health plan and its performance to ensure that it remains both viable and beneficial to you, our members, and from time to time there may be some adjustments to the list of benefits. Please take some time to review the full list of current benefits here.
