The journey with our GENMed Group Health Plan has been challenging, marked by transitions and operational hurdles. We acknowledge the significant impact this may have had on your experience and wellbeing.
We have heard all your feedback and we’ve diligently been working to address the issues – implementing significant improvements in collaboration with Beacon and Genesis. From dedicated units to streamlined processes, we’ve made strides in enhancing efficiency and service quality.
Our goal is simply, the best possible service for you, our members. To ensure that the plan remains sustainable and that you continue to enjoy the peace of mind associated with the level of benefits you both deserve and expect, there will be an increase in premiums. This increase became effective May 1, 2024 further details on the changes can be seen here. We understand that this adjustment is significant and should you decide to end your coverage, you are asked to indicate this before May 24, 2024.
