During these unprecedented times, achieving and maintaining your best self is important to all of us. As such, we are inviting you to join us in our first fitness webinar.
The webinar will be broken up into 6 cycles held over a 3-month period. Each cycle will last for 1 month with classes held every Tuesday and Thursday. Tuesday’s class is tailored for working members and those with higher mobility, while Thursday’s class is tailored for retirees and those with mobility issues.
Classes will gradually progress each week, as such, it is advised that you attend all 4 classes within your chosen cycle to gain the maximum benefit to you.
Cycle 1: Every Tuesday (4:00 pm) starting August 24th to September 14th.
Cycle 2: Every Thursday (9:00 am) starting August 26th to September 16th.
Cycle 3: Every Tuesday (4:00 pm) starting September 21st to October 12th.
Cycle 4: Every Thursday (9:00 am) starting September 23rd to October 14th.
Cycle 5: Every Tuesday (4:00 pm) starting October 18th to November 8th.
Cycle 6: Every Thursday (9:00 am) starting October 20th to November 10th.
