Temporary Change in Office Hours

Dear Members, 

Please note the following temporary changes to our office hours on Friday 12th December, 2025, to facilitate a staff event.

• Port of Spain Office: closing at 12:00 p.m. (noon).

• Arima and San Fernando Offices: closing at 11:00 a.m. 

• Tobago Office: will maintain regular hours of operations

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your continued understanding and co-operation.

We will reopen for business as usual at 8:00 a.m. on Monday 15th December, 2025.

During this time we encourage you to sign up for and utilize our Convenient Services:

Internet Banking, ACH and LinCU (Active Card) are excellent alternatives to face to face transactions. Additionally, Loan forms and Membership forms are available on our website and can be submitted (with the necessary supports) digitally.
