R.E.D. PROGRAMME
OUTLINE
The focus of the programme is both foundational and targeted. In addition, it will take a 360 degree view of entrepreneurship and wealth creation.
There are four broad modules:
- The individual as an entrepreneur.
- Entrepreneurship as a business system.
- Defining your business model and understanding the parameters of the industry in which you operate.
- Analysing the trends of the macro-environment and the impact of these trends on the performance of your business.
