For over 30 years, our Children’s Christmas Party has been the penultimate celebration to end the year, bringing joy and excitement to children across Trinidad and Tobago. Now recognized as the largest event of its kind on both islands, we proudly host approximately 3,000 children each year.

Designed for children up to age 10, the event is packed with exciting activities. Each child receives a special gift, snack bags, and meals, while enjoying games and entertainment tailored just for them.

This year’s event occurs:

Trinidad: Centre of Excellence (Bougainvillea & Hibiscus Halls), on  Sunday 30th November 2025 from 11 am to 4pm.

Tobago: Shaw Park Cultural Complex (Auditorium back entrance), on Sunday 7th December 2025from 1 pm to 5 pm

Join us in continuing this magical tradition that brings families together and spreads holiday cheer to our youngest generation.

Registration Guidelines

As we continue to make changes to the format to streamline the process and provide you with a better overall experience, we urge you to review the guideline below.

  • Registration fee is $150.00 per child.
  • Registration can only be completed using the online portal.
  • ONLY children ages 1 and 10 can be registered. The party is specifically for children up to 10 years old.
  • Each age category has a limited spaces. Once a category is full, registration for that category will close.
  • Please ensure your registration details are correct before submitting. Any changes must be requested within 72 hrs after payment by emailing christmasparty@rhand.org.tt.
  • Registration is considered confirmed only after full payment is made.
  • Payments can be completed in one of the following ways:
  • Each printed ticket will carry a QR code and will be distributed at the venue on the day of each party.
  • Venue locations:
    • Trinidad: Centre of Excellence (Bougainvillea & Hibiscus Halls), Sunday 30 November 2025, 11am – 4pm (new venue)
    • Tobago: Shaw Park Complex (Auditorium back entrance), Sunday 7 December 2025, 1pm – 5pm
  • The QR ticket is required to access games, refreshments, and toys, so please keep it safe.
  • Toys and snack bags will not be distributed after the event. We encourage you to attend the party on the day to collect your goodies.
  • Registration and payment must be completed within the specified timeframe. Late registration will not be accepted.
