Do I need an email address to use it?
Yes. An email is required for registration, account security, and for us to send you important updates.
Do I need my account number?
Yes. Your member account number is needed at registration to connect you to your records.
Will someone help me if I need it?
Absolutely. Our staff will be available in-branch to guide you, and we’ll also provide simple videos and resources to walk you through registration and using the portal.
How to Register
When the portal becomes available:
- Visit the RHAND website or digital branch.
- Click on the RISE Portal link.
- Complete the registration form using your account details and email.
- Follow the steps to verify your identity.
