Loans Department Relocating to 2nd Floor

Another step forward as we prepare for what’s coming.

As renovation works at our Head Office continue, our Loans Department will be temporarily relocated to the 2nd Floor, alongside our Member Relations Department.

What does this mean for you?

If you’re visiting Head Office for:

• Loan enquiries or assistance
• Member Relations services

you’ll now be able to access both departments on the 2nd Floor.

This relocation is necessary to facilitate the next phase of renovation works and keep the project moving according to schedule. While the surroundings may be changing, our team remains ready to serve you throughout the transition.

We apologise for any temporary inconvenience and thank you for your patience as we continue working towards an improved Head Office experience.

Internet Banking, ACH and LinCU (Active Card) are excellent alternatives to face to face transactions. Additionally, Loan forms and Membership forms are available on our website and can be submitted (with the necessary supports) digitally.
