What does this mean for you?
During this period, members will be unable to access RHAND Online Banking to:
- View account balances and transactions
- Conduct online banking transactions
- Access other services available through the platform
This temporary downtime is an important step as we prepare for what’s coming next.

During this time we encourage you to sign up for and utilize our Convenient Services:
Internet Banking, ACH and LinCU (Active Card) are excellent alternatives to face to face transactions. Additionally, Loan forms and Membership forms are available on our website and can be submitted (with the necessary supports) digitally.
