RHAND Credit Union is renewing its commitment to supporting members pursuing higher education with the relaunch of its Tertiary Education Grant, designed to help ease the financial demands associated with tertiary studies and advance members’ academic aspirations.
Applications open on September 18, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. and close on October 2, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.
The programme will provide four (4) annual awards of $10,000 per academic year to RHAND members in good standing pursuing eligible programmes at approved local tertiary institutions.
Two (2) awards will recognise academic excellence, while two (2) will consider academic achievement and financial need, assessed through a means test.
Vice President and Chair of RHAND’s Education Committee, Ms. Simone Petal Dawn Huggins, welcomed the relaunch and reaffirmed the Credit Union’s commitment to expanding members’ access to educational opportunities.
